What We Do

Our mission is to create and share the natural surface trail experience in Eastern Nebraska and Western Iowa through advocacy, education, and the building of sustainable and accessible trails.

Our Vision

Our vision is natural surface trail systems close to and integrated with communities that support active outdoor recreation for all ages, races, incomes, and abilities.

We're inspired and powered by the community.

We believe mountain biking and active outdoor lifestyles unite communities, keep neighborhoods healthy and diversified with strong economies, and protect and expand outdoor spaces.

We're building the future of resilient, healthy trail stewards and outdoor enthusiasts.

Our youth mountain biking skills development program DEVO is THOR’s skills-based youth developmental program dedicated to teaching the lifelong sport of mountain biking while building resilience and improving mental focus and fitness.

The Omaha Natural Surface Trails Feasibility Study has been published. Learn more about this vision for the Omaha Metro driven by the Cities of Omaha, Papillion, Nebraska Game & Parks, and more than 15 other community and youth organizations.
