What We Do
Inter-Faith Response, Inc. is a private non-denominational organization providing assistance to people in Pottawattamie County in crisis or in need of help resolving their emergency or long term needs. We prevent homelessness and enhance dignity. We pay utility companies and landlords to prevent eviction.
The Director and staff of Inter-Faith Response are all volunteers. This keeps the administrative costs at a minimum. Our administrative costs are met by contributions from a number of churches. Direct client assistance and costs are met by contributions from individuals, organizations, and churches, as well as grants.
