Horses Help SWI, Inc. was "born" in December 2021, by becoming registered as a 501c3 organization. Many construction projects and training initiatives keep us busy during 2022 and 2023. Staff began seeing clients in fall 2023 and we've been growing ever since. We have experience giving individual therapeutic riding sessions, traditional horse lessons, cart-driving, mental health therapies, and a variety of group activities. We also travel off-site to schools, nursing homes, social activities and many others!
Our location, nestled in the peaceful Loess Hills, allows our clients to experience wide open spaces rich with scenic beauty, all while taking a deep breath of country air!
A well-trained herd of horses, both large and miniature, are suited to help those in our community reach their own unique goals for growth, both physically and mentally, while finding fulfillment and peace. We can accommodate a wide range of programs that take place in the saddle, on the cart or from the ground.

- Horses Help SWI staff work alongside a herd of over a dozen horses to assist individuals and groups grow, learn and heal.
- Indoor and outdoor arenas, along with paths and a round pen are great locations for us to work with individuals and groups during a variety of activities.
