What We Do
Blair Healing Rooms focuses on community and media in Blair and surrounding communities.
On the community side:
- Kindness Kits - Spreading kindness, one (free hygiene) kit at a time in rural NE Nebraska and NW Iowa. Partnering with schools and pantries in communities within 55 miles of Blair, Nebraska.
- Hygiene Essentials - a membership program extending Kindness Kits into rural households.
- Community Prayer Room - plus personal, private, prayer by appointment.
On the media side:
- FM 94.7 Blair Radio - Growing unity in community through media by serving Blair via a LPFM radio station.
- Saunders County Online - Growing unity in community through media by serving Wahoo and surrounding communities. New: Saunders County Online will soon be heard on KWAB-LP - a low power FM radio station with a license to build in Wahoo granted in early 2024.
- BSDNLive - partnering with local schools to enhance student sports media broadcasting without the need for friends and family to purchase an online subscription to view. Serving Concordia Lutheran, Blair Community Schools, DC West Community Schools, Wahoo Public Schools and Midland University.

- Launched community radio as covid began, focused on being where our neighbors could not go.
- Serving rural communities in and around the Greater Omaha Metropolitan Area.
- Providing hygiene basics to rural schools and pantries opened opportunities to serve a greater number of families.
