Interesting Info
- To date we have transformed and sold thirteen dilapidated homes. Two more renovated homes will be ready to hit the market in 2025.
- We completed construction on The Row on First. This group of three townhomes is the first housing project along the renewed FIRST AVE corridor.
- Farmers Market Council Bluffs will be in it's 16th year in 2025. We are adding a Winter Market to give our vendors more opportunities to showcase their goods.
