All Care Health Center

All Care Health Center invites patients to participate in quarterly Patient Focus Groups throughout the year. These sessions offer patients a unique opportunity to share experiences directly with All Care’s leadership—what you value, what could be improved, and what services you believe the community still needs. Leadership is also eager to hear thoughts from patients on the future of healthcare—your concerns, hopes, and what excites you about upcoming changes.

Upcoming sessions include:

• Spanish-Led Focus Group: May 21, 5:00-6:00 pm
• English-Led Focus Group:  May 22, 12:00-1:00 pm

All sessions will be held at All Care Health Center, and refreshments will be provided. Patients who participate will receive a $25 Walmart gift card as a thank-you for their time and input.  No registration requested.  

Patient feedback is invaluable and will directly influence All Care’s 2025 strategic planning efforts. Help us shape the future—spread the word and make a difference!
