Starting November 1, 2024, through January 15, 2025, individuals can make an appointment by calling (712) 325-1990 to enroll in or change their health insurance through the Marketplace. This open enrollment period is the primary time to adjust or acquire coverage, unless a qualifying life event permits a Special Enrollment.

All Care Health Center’s enrollment specialists, Sandi Donehoo and Tiffany Peterson, trained annually through the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, are available to help those who may not qualify for Medicaid or cannot afford employer-based insurance options. As Sandi Donehoo emphasizes, “There’s a reason it’s called Affordable Health Care!”

Who Might Qualify?

• Individuals without insurance through work, Medicare, Medicaid, or Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP)
• Lawful permanent residents who do not qualify for Medicaid
• Those who find employer insurance premiums unaffordable

Most people qualify for savings based on household income and size. You can easily check your eligibility.

All Care offers free in-person enrollment appointments. All Care’s enrollment specialists take their time helping each individual to find which plan fits their specific needs.  Call (712) 325-1990 to schedule at our 902 South 6th Street health center. "Patients and community members who make an appointment do not have to commit to a plan that day,” assures Tiffany Peterson.

What to Bing to Your Appointment:

• Proof of ID, Social Security numbers, and birthdates for all household members to be covered
• Previous Marketplace username and password (if applicable)

Enroll by December 15 for coverage starting January 1, 2025, or by January 15 for coverage starting February 1, 2025.
